Meeting:

To assist you properly, we ask that room reservations and special seating arrangements be reserved through Facility Services. They may be contacted at 454-2700. When making a room reservation please be sure to include adequate time for set-up and clean-up. The amount of time required is based on the type of service and the number of guests attending. If you have any questions regarding set-up and clean-up time, please contact the Catering Office at 215-1933. Please advise the Catering Office of your exact requirements for meeting room set-ups.

Ordering Lead Time

Please place your order at least 2 working days prior to your event. We will make every effort to accommodate last-minute request, but this lead time is necessary to ensure that fresh ingredients and adequate staff are available. Customers agree to be responsible for any damages or loss of equipment by the customer, guests, invitees, employees or any other agent under Customer`s control.

Cancellations

We realize that emergency cancellations do occur, and we will do our best to avoid any cancellations charges. If an order is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance via a phone confirmation we can usually avoid any charges except for specially ordered food products or prepared foods that cannot be otherwise utilized.

Audio-Visual:

Audio-Visual Equipment is available and offered through Media Services. Please contact Media Services at 454.2408.

Pricing

Orders are served with high quality disposable ware. China, Linens, Flowers, Decorations, Bartender Service, Wait staff and other custom services are also available at an additional charge, which will be quoted separately. Any unreturned catering equipment will be billed to the requesting party at full cost. There is a $25.00 delivery fee for any off-site catering service.

Hours

Prices quoted are for services provided during our normal business hours at 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Arrangements can also be made for catering after-hours functions (at an additional charge). There is an additional labor charge for weekend catering events.

Billing

All catering orders will be billed to an acceptable major credit card or account number or direct bill.
